7-13-2276 . Right of initiative and referendum.
(1)Ordinances may be passed by the qualified electors of any district organized under the provisions of this part and part 23 in accordance with the methods provided by the general laws of the state for direct legislation applicable to cities and towns.
(2)Ordinances may be repealed by the qualified electors of any district by proceeding in accordance with the methods provided by the general laws of the state for protesting against legislation by cities and towns.
