30-12A-209 . Priority of claims when priority rules of Title 30, chapter 9A, do not apply.

(1)Subject to subsections (2) and (3), Title 30, chapter 12A, part 1, determines the priority of conflicting claims to chapter 12A property when the priority rules of Title 30, chapter 9A, as amended by Chapter 200, Laws of 2025, do not apply.
(2)Subject to subsection (3), when the priority rules of Title 30, chapter 9A, as amended by Chapter 200, Laws of 2025, do not apply and the priorities of claims to chapter 12A property were established before October 1, 2025, law other than Title 30, chapter 12A, part 1, determines priority.
(3)When the priority rules of Title 30, chapter 9A, as amended by Chapter 200, Laws of 2025, do not apply, to the extent the priorities determined by Chapter 200, Laws
