30-12A-203 . Savings clause. Except as provided in 30-12A-204 through 30-12A-209 , a transaction validly entered into before October 1, 2025, and the rights, duties, and interests flowing from the transaction remain valid thereafter and may be terminated, completed, consummated, or enforced as required or permitted by law other than Title 30, chapters 1 through 9A and 12A, or, if applicable, Title 30, chapters 1 through 9A and 12A, as though Chapter 200, Laws of 2025, had not taken effect.
