Text
37-12-308 . Deposit of fees -- accounting.
(1)Fees collected by the department under this chapter shall be deposited in the state special revenue fund for the use of the board, subject to 37-1-101 (6).
(2)The department shall keep an accurate account of funds received and vouchers issued by the department.
