§ 80-11-519 — Penalty For Violation
Montana·Title 80 AGRICULTURE·Ch. 11 MARKETING·Part 5 Agricultural Commodity Research and Market Development
80-11-519 . Penalty for violation. A person who violates any provision of this part is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined an amount not less than $25 or more than $1,000. All fines collected must be deposited as provided in 80-11-518 .
