§ 80-11-204 — Election Of Presiding Officer -- Time Of Meetings
80-11-204 . Election of presiding officer -- time of meetings. At the first meeting of the administrative committee, it shall elect a presiding officer from among its members. The committee shall meet at least once every 3 months and at other times as called by the presiding officer or by any three members of the committee.
