44-11-102 . Liability of assisted entity for obligation resulting from assistance. A law enforcement entity requesting assistance under 44-11-101 shall indemnify the assisting peace officer, the officer's legal representative in case of death, or the furnishing law enforcement entity for any liability or obligation to indemnify created by 2-9-305 that may result from the assistance furnished.
