16-11-123 . Display of license.

(1)Each license shall be prominently displayed on the licensed premises, and a separate license shall be displayed at each place of business owned, controlled, or operated by such wholesaler, subjobber, retailer, or cigarette vendor.
(2)Each cigarette vendor shall affix a license decal furnished by the department in a prominent position on each vending machine.
