75-10-1308 . Decontamination of volunteer property -- verification -- no public list.
(1)The department shall determine if and verify when a volunteer property has met all decontamination requirements pursuant to 75-10-1303 .
(2)The department may not list any volunteer properties on a publicly accessible website or other locations.
