§ 75-10-105 — Powers Of Department
Montana·Title 75 ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION·Ch. 10 WASTE AND LITTER CONTROL·Part 1 Plans, Funds, and Administration
75-10-105 . Powers of department. The department may:
(1)accept loans and grants from the federal government and other sources to carry out the provisions of this part; and
(2)collect the solid waste management fees provided for in 75-10-115 .
