§ 7-10-220 — Sale Of Bonds
7-10-220 . Sale of bonds.
(1)Bonds authorized to be issued under this part may be sold at a public or private sale as determined by the governing body of the regional resource authority pursuant to 17-5-107 at a price not less than that prescribed by the governing body of the regional resource authority, plus interest to the date of delivery of the bonds.
(2)Unless sold at a private sale, the bonds must be sold at public sale after notice of the sale.
