Text
42-10-104 . Power and duties of department.
(1)The department shall establish, administer, and regulate a continuing program of subsidized adoption.
(2)The department shall keep such records as are necessary to evaluate the program in terms of the number of children adopted under the program, the cost of the program, and any other pertinent information.
(3)The department may adopt rules necessary for the proper administration of this part.
