§ 28-10-105 — What Acts Agent May Perform

28-10-105 . What acts agent may perform.

(1)An agent may be authorized to do any acts that the principal might do, except those to which the principal is bound to give personal attention.
(2)Every act that, according to this code, may be done by or to any person may be done by or to the agent of the person for that purpose unless a contrary intention clearly appears.
