82-1-108 . Filing record of work performed.

(1)Within 3 months from the day that any firing of shotpoints in seismic exploration is done by a person, firm, or corporation within this state, the person, firm, or corporation shall file with the county clerk and recorder of the county in which the work was done a record showing each township and range within the county in which the work was performed and the approximate date on which the work was performed.
(2)The person, firm, or corporation shall file with the county clerk and recorder a record showing the location of each shotpoint and date fired within a maximum area of any square, 4-section area of land, upon written request of the county clerk and recorder.
