§ 77-1-912 — Rulemaking
Montana·Title 77 STATE LANDS·Ch. 1 ADMINISTRATION OF STATE LANDS·Part 9 Commercial Leasing of State Trust Land
77-1-912 . Rulemaking. The board may adopt rules to:
(1)establish procedures for the issuance of requests for proposals for commercial purposes and the commercial leasing of state trust land;
(2)prescribe the form and content of commercial leases; and
(3)develop any other procedures necessary to fulfill the purposes of this part or to implement the commercial leasing of state trust land.
