§ 77-1-207 — Board To Defend Suits
77-1-207 . Board to defend suits. For the purpose of determining the title to any property seized and taken under the provisions of 77-1-116 , the board is hereby authorized and empowered to defend, in the name of the state, any and all actions that may be brought for that purpose and to do and perform all things necessary to protect the interests of the state.
