§ 67-1-103 — Board Of Aeronautics
67-1-103 . Board of aeronautics.
(1)The board shall act in an advisory capacity to the department in matters pertaining to aeronautics.
(2)Regular meetings shall be held at the board's offices at Helena, but whenever the convenience of the public or of the parties may be promoted or delay or expense may be prevented, it may hold hearings or proceedings at any other place designated by it.
