60-1-211 . Patrick G. Galvin memorial highway.

(1)There is established the Patrick G. Galvin memorial highway composed of the existing Montana highway 3 from the boundary of the city of Great Falls to the intersection of Montana highway 3 and U.S. highway 89 at Armington.
(2)When existing road signs between Great Falls and the intersection of Montana highway 3 and U.S. highway 89 at Armington need replacement, the department shall erect road signs reflecting the memorial designation in subsection (1).
(3)Maps that identify roadways in Montana must be updated to reflect the memorial designation in subsection (1) when the maps are updated or replaced.
