§ 52-1-102 — Definitions
52-1-102 . Definitions. Unless the context requires otherwise, in this title, the following definitions apply:
(1)"Department" means the department of public health and human services provided for in 2-15-2201 .
(2)"Director" means the director of public health and human services provided for in 2-15-2201 .
