§ 50-1-118 — Effect On Appropriations
Montana·Title 50 HEALTH AND SAFETY·Ch. 1 ADMINISTRATION OF PUBLIC HEALTH LAWS·Part 1 General Provisions
50-1-118 . Effect on appropriations. Any appropriation of public funds made by the department of public health and human services in derogation of the provisions of 50-1-117 is void as of June 30, 2021, and the funds allocated pursuant to these appropriations must be reallocated to eligible entities.
