Montana·Title 44 LAW ENFORCEMENT·Ch. 1 HIGHWAY PATROL·Part 8 Disciplinary Action -- Hearing and Decision
44-1-804 . Rendering and filing of decision. The department of justice shall, within 30 days after such hearing or within the additional time to which the accused patrol officer consents, render its decision in writing and file same in its office, with the chief, and with the patrol officer accused.
