§ 44-1-702 — Preferring Charges

44-1-702 . Preferring charges.

(1)The charge or charges against any member of the highway patrol shall be made in writing and signed and sworn to by the person making the charge or charges.
(2)The written charge or charges shall be filed with the department of justice.
