Text

1.  Fees shall be allowed for services rendered under the provisions of sections 92.700 to 92.920 , as follows:

(1)To the collector, two percent on all sums collected and twenty-five cents per tract for making the back tax books;
(2)To the circuit clerk, sheriff and printer, such fees as are allowed by law for like services in civil cases. 2.  Such fees shall be taxed as costs and collected from the person redeeming such tract or from the proceeds of sale.
