Text

Any number of parcels of real estate may be joined in one petition or suit.  Each separate tract or parcel of real estate joined in any one action shall be given a serial number by the collector and shall be separately indexed and docketed by the circuit clerk in a book kept by the clerk for that purpose.  For each serially numbered parcel of real estate, the circuit clerk shall be allowed a fee of ten cents, which shall be taxed and paid as other costs in the case which he shall pay into the city treasury in accordance with the provisions of chapter 82 .
