Text

Nothing contained in sections 92.400 to 92.421 shall be construed to prevent a city from appropriating and paying moneys to an interstate transportation authority from any of its other revenues, and all such cities are so empowered to appropriate and pay moneys to an interstate transportation authority from any of its other revenues for any of the purposes enumerated in sections 92.400 to 92.421 .
