Text

No tax ordinance enacted pursuant to the provisions of sections 92.110 to 92.200 shall require any taxpayer to file copies of his state or federal income tax returns with any city officer, employee or other person designated by said ordinance to collect or otherwise administer any tax imposed thereunder.
