Text

1.Any aggrieved person may appeal any decision of any state inspector to the chief safety inspector of the state.  Any appeal of a decision of the chief safety inspector shall be taken as provided in chapter 536 .
2.Any person aggrieved by a decision of a municipal inspector may appeal such decision to the municipality in accordance with municipal ordinances.
