Text
1.Each light of safety glazing material installed in a hazardous location within the state shall have attached a transparent label which shall identify the labeler, whether the manufacturer or installer, and state that "safety glazing material" has been utilized in the installation. The label shall be legible and visible from the inside of the building after installation.
2.Safety glazing labeling pursuant to subsection 1 of this section shall not be used on other than safety glazing materials.
3.It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to sell or offer to sell for use in this state any sliding glass doors, including both fixed and closed panels, storm doors, shower doors, bathtub enclosures, interior and exterior framed or unframed glass entrance or exit doors made of m
