Text

The department of health and senior services shall promulgate rules to implement the provisions of sections 701.340 to 701.349 .  No rule or portion of a rule promulgated under the authority of sections 701.340 to 701.349 shall become effective unless it has been promulgated pursuant to chapter 536 .
