Text

1.Except as otherwise provided, violation of the provisions of sections 701.308 , 701.309 , 701.310 , 701.311 and 701.316 is a class A misdemeanor.
2.Any lead inspector, risk assessor, lead abatement supervisor, lead abatement worker, project designer, or lead abatement contractor who engages in a lead abatement project while such person's license, issued under section 701.312 , is under suspension or revocation is guilty of a class E felony.
