Text
1.All moneys collected by the department pursuant to sections 701.025 to 701.059 , except any administrative penalties, shall be deposited in the state treasury to be credited to the Missouri public health services fund, which is created in section 192.900 , and used for the specific purposes authorized in sections 701.025 to 701.059 , except as provided in subsection 2 of this section, including contracting with county governments and local health departments to accomplish the purposes of sections 701.025 to 701.059 .
2.The director may, upon appropriations from the general assembly, use money from the Missouri public health services fund for development of innovative sewage systems and pilot programs.
