Text
The original fee bill, signed by the judge and prosecuting attorney, shall be sent by the clerk to the director of the department of corrections or county commission, as the case may be, and the clerk shall make out, under his hand and seal, a true and certified copy of the same, which shall be carefully preserved by the clerk in his office, and shall be prima facie evidence of the facts therein stated.
