Text
As of the time of appointment, and subject to the provisions of subdivision (3) of subsection 3 of section 515.575 , the receiver shall have the powers and priority as if it were a creditor that obtained a judicial lien at the time of appointment on all of the debtor's property that is subject to the receivership, subject to satisfaction of recording requirements as to real property pursuant to subdivision (3) * of subsection 2 of section 515.545 .
