Text
Before proceeding to hear any testimony in the cause, they shall take and subscribe an oath before some officer duly authorized to administer an oath, faithfully and fairly to hear and examine the cause, and to make a just, impartial and true report, according to the best of their understanding, which oath shall be filed and returned with the award.
