Text
Witnesses shall receive the same fees for attending before arbitrators and referees that they may be allowed them for attending before the circuit court in civil cases; and sheriffs and all other officers shall be entitled to the same fees for service performed in relation to arbitrations and references, that may be allowed them in their respective courts for similar services.
