Text

In case of any prisoner confined in any jail in this state on a charge of felony being in want of needful and necessary clothing, it shall be the duty of the jailer to procure the same, and to present his or her account therefor to the court having criminal jurisdiction for the county; and on such court being satisfied of the correctness of such account, shall certify the same for payment as other costs in criminal cases, to the state.
