Text

All warehouses or storehouses situated in cities or towns now having or which shall hereafter have over twenty-five thousand inhabitants, and wherein other property than grain is stored for a compensation or consideration, are declared to be public warehouses.  For the purposes of sections 415.010 to 415.050 , the term "public warehouse" shall not include self-service storage facilities governed by sections 415.400 to 415.430 .
