Text

1.The commission shall have the power to require every telecommunications company to account for the disposition of the proceeds of all sales of stocks, bonds, notes and other evidence of indebtedness, in such form and detail as it may deem advisable, and to establish such rules and regulations as it may deem reasonable and necessary to ensure the disposition of such proceeds for the purpose or purposes specified in its order.  No rule or portion of a rule promulgated under the authority of this chapter shall become effective unless it has been promulgated pursuant to the provisions of section 536.024 .
