Text
The director of the division of finance shall appoint such examiners and other employees as the director shall deem necessary to properly discharge the duties of the office. They shall devote all of their time to such official duties and hold office at the pleasure of the director. The director may appoint an attorney for the division of finance to serve at the pleasure of the director and the attorney shall devote full time to the work of the division.
