Text
Any such society, order or association heretofore or hereafter incorporated under the provisions of the laws of this state may avail itself of the benefits of chapter 378 by amending its constitution or articles of association or reincorporating thereunder, or by an amended constitution or amended articles of association in the manner prescribed by this chapter.
