Text

1.  The provisions of this section shall govern, except as provided in subsection 3 of this section, the education and experience requirements for initial licensure as a psychologist for the following persons:

(1)A person who has completed a graduate program which is primarily psychological in nature prior to August 28, 1990; or
(2)A person who is matriculated in a graduate program which is primarily psychological in nature prior to August 28, 1990; provided that, such person who does not complete all requirements for initial licensure prior to August 28, 1996, except as provided in subsections 5 and 6 of this section, shall be governed by the licensure requirements of section 337.025 . 2.  Each applicant shall submit evidence satisfactory to the committee that the applicant either:
