Text

1.The board shall elect one of its members president, one vice president, and one secretary.  The board shall have the power to promulgate rules and regulations necessary to administer and enforce the provisions of this chapter and to adopt and use a common seal.  The board shall create no expenses exceeding the sum received from time to time as fees provided by law.
2.The board shall set the amount of the fees which this chapter authorizes and requires by rules and regulations promulgated pursuant to section 536.021 .  The fees shall be set at a level to produce revenue which shall not substantially exceed the cost and expense of administering this chapter.
3.Any rule or portion of a rule, as that term is defined in section 536.010 , that is promulgated under the authority of this
