Text
1.The state board of podiatric medicine may require that fingerprint submissions be made as part of an application seeking a permanent license or a temporary license to practice podiatric medicine, as provided in sections 330.045 and 330.065 , or a permanent podiatric medicine license with ankle certification, as such term is defined in subsection 4 of this section.
2.If the state board of podiatric medicine requires that fingerprint submissions be made as part of such application, the state board of podiatric medicine shall require applicants to submit the fingerprints to the Missouri state highway patrol for the purpose of conducting a state and federal fingerprint-based criminal history background check.
3.The fingerprints and any required fees shall be sent to the Missouri stat
