Text

1.The board may establish by administrative rule a system which provides that licenses expire on various dates.  A person may renew an unexpired license by submitting proof satisfactory to the board of compliance with the continuing professional education requirements prescribed by the board and paying the required renewal fee to the board before the expiration date of the license.
2.If a person's license has been expired for not more than two years, the person may renew the license by submitting proof, satisfactory to the board, of compliance with the continuing professional education requirements prescribed by the board and any penalty fee prescribed by the board.
3.If a person's license has been expired two years or more, the person may not renew the license.  The person may obt
