Text

Notwithstanding any other provision of law or administrative rule to the contrary, the division of professional registration and its component boards, committees, offices, and commissions shall permit:

(1)Any licensee to submit payment for fees so established in the form of personal check, money order, cashier's check, credit card, or electronic check as defined by section 407.432 ;
(2)Any applicant or licensee to apply for licensure or renew their license in writing or electronically; and
(3)Any licensee to make requests of their license-granting board or commission for extensions of time to complete continuing education, notify their license-granting board or commission of changes to name, business name, home address, or work address, and provide any other items required as part
