Text

1.  To qualify for a license, an applicant shall pass a competency examination given by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion or its successor organization. 2.  Not later than forty-five days after the date on which a licensing examination is administered pursuant to sections 324.125 to 324.183 , the board shall notify each examinee of the results of the examination. 3.  The board by rule shall establish:

(1)A limit on the number of times an applicant who fails an examination may retake the examination; and
(2)The requirements for reexamination and the amount of any reexamination fee.
