Every advertisement by a licensee soliciting or advertising business shall contain the licensee's name, city, and state as it appears in the records of the board. No individual or business can advertise as a private investigator, private detective, private investigator agency, private fire investigator, or private fire investigator agency without including their individual or agency license number in the advertisement.
