Text

1.The owner of a company seeking any fire investigator agency license shall be licensed as a private fire investigator.  The fire investigator agency may hire individuals to work for the agency who shall conduct investigations for such fire investigator agency only.  Such individuals shall make application for a license as determined by the board and shall meet all requirements set forth by the board by rule.  These individuals shall not be required to meet any experience requirements and shall be allowed to begin work immediately upon approval of the application by the board.  Employees shall attend an approved training program within a time to be determined by the board and shall be under the direct supervision of a licensed private fire investigator until all requirements are met. 2.
