Text

1.The applicant applying for a license to practice occupational therapy shall provide evidence of being initially certified by a certifying entity and has completed an application for licensure and all applicable fees have been paid.
2.The certification requirement shall be waived for those persons who hold a current registration by the board as an occupational therapist or occupational therapy assistant on August 28, 1997, provided that this application is made on or before October 31, 1997, and all applicable fees have been paid.  All other requirements of sections 324.050 to 324.089 must be satisfied.
3.The person shall have no violations, suspensions, revocation or pending complaints for violation of regulations from a certifying entity or any governmental regulatory agency in
