Text

The circuit court in and for the county in which the petition for the organization of a district has been filed shall thereafter for all purposes of this chapter, except as otherwise provided, maintain and have original and exclusive jurisdiction over all matters connected with or affected by said district.  No judge of the circuit court wherein such petition is filed shall be disqualified to perform any duty imposed by this chapter by reason of ownership of property within the proposed district.
